The Easy Jazz app includes the licensed Internet radio streams: Easy Jazz FM, West Coast Jazz Radio, Classic Jazz FM, Hot Jazz FM and Classical FM Radio. All stations make up the "Easy Jazz Network" owned by the media company, Galbraith Communications - a Canadian corporation (7896298 Canada Inc.) based in Ottawa, Canada.

The Easy Jazz Network, its official app, and all corresponding websites (https://easyjazz.fm, https://westcoastjazzradio.com, https://classicjazz.fm, https://hotjazz.fm and https://classicalfmradio.com) do not collect any personal information, and do not share any personal information with any third parties.

There is no registration, login, sign-up, live chat or any requirement and facilitation to provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, credit card information and address to us. None of this data is requested, collected, stored or shared.

IP ADDRESSES

The only data that is collected and used is the IP address of computers and networks used to listen to our app and radio web sites. There is no attempt to connect an IP address with a person and in this respect, an IP address is not considered "personal information". IP addresses are used only for the following technical purposes:

1. Research: IP addresses are used to conduct research on what geographical areas are listening to the station and for how long. In addition, IP address collection allows the tracking of web browser types and operating systems to help us better serve our listeners from a technical perspective.

2. Security: IP addresses are monitored in order to combat spam, malware, malicious activities, fraud, and security risks. Galbraith Communications and its radio stations have the right to block an IP address if it is suspected of being used for malicious activity of any kind. We also have the right to block IP addresses originating from certain countries.
